Function runCLIUpgrade

runCLIUpgrade(options?: RunCLIUpgradeOptions): Promise<void>
Runs the CLI upgrade using the appropriate package manager. Determines the install command and executes it.
Parameters
- options: RunCLIUpgradeOptions = {}

Returns Promise<void>
Throws
AbortError if the package manager or command cannot be determined.
